Subscription Cancellation and Suspension Complaints
The New Yorker Customer Service FAQ says customers can cancel online, by email, or by contacting Customer Care at 1-800-825-2510. It says customers who have canceled but still receive bills may still be in processing and can disregard additional notices. The FAQ also says subscriptions can be suspended for up to one year online, by email, or by contacting Customer Care.
Use this table:

App, Digital Access, and Kindle Complaints
The New Yorker app FAQ says app subscribers must cancel through Apple or Google Play if they subscribed through the app. It also says customers who subscribed elsewhere or have a gift subscription can cancel through the New Yorker website by visiting My Account and selecting Manage Subscription. As of March 2023, The New Yorker is no longer available for purchase through Kindle Newsstand; Amazon handles questions about that change.

The New Yorker Store is separate from New Yorker magazine subscription Customer Care.
