Website Cancellation
Use this route only when Aaptiv billed you directly on the web:
- Open
https://my.aaptiv.com/member/settings.
- Sign in with the account email.
- Select Payment method.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Plan.
- Save the cancellation confirmation.
If you cannot sign in, contact support@aaptiv.com and include the account email, charge date, amount, billing platform, and the outcome you want. Aaptiv's help page also says live chat is available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
Apple App Store Cancellation
Use Apple when the receipt, statement, or subscription list shows Apple billing.
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Aaptiv.
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
- Save the Apple confirmation.
Aaptiv says Apple handles App Store payments directly through the Apple ID and does not pass payment information to Aaptiv. For Apple refunds, contact Apple Support. Aaptiv's help center lists Apple Support by email, live chat, or phone at 800-692-7753.
Google Play Cancellation
Use Google Play when the subscription was started with a Google account.
- Open Google Play or
play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Sign in to the Google account that subscribed.
- Select Aaptiv.
- Tap or click Cancel subscription.
- Finish the confirmation flow.
- Save the Google confirmation.

If a refund is granted, Aaptiv's terms say the subscription may be canceled and access may end immediately. If you cancel without a refund, access continues until the current paid period ends.
Aaptiv Access, Employer Benefits, and Gym Network
Aaptiv's current site emphasizes employer, health-plan, and benefits offerings in addition to direct app access. Aaptiv Access is a fitness network available through employer or health-plan benefits, and the Terms say third-party subscriber access may be subject to the sponsor's agreements.

Do not cancel a personal app subscription if your real issue is employer-benefit eligibility. Confirm whether there is a direct paid subscription first.
Privacy and Health Data Requests
Aaptiv's privacy policy was last updated April 17, 2026. It says users may submit privacy rights requests by emailing support@aaptiv.com and including full name, state of residence, request type, and enough detail to locate the relevant information, such as the email address used with Aaptiv.
