Cancel from the Billie Account Page
Use this route for a subscription purchased through mybillie.com.
- Go to
https://mybillie.com/account.
- Sign in with the email tied to the subscription.
- Open the Subscription tab.
- Find the item you want to stop.
- Click the minus arrow next to that item.
- Click Remove Item.
- Click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
- Repeat the process for every other recurring product you want to stop.
- Save the final account screen.
Billie's FAQ says canceling one subscription item will not affect the other products in your subscription. That is useful when you only want to stop one product, but it also means a second recurring product can still ship if you miss it.
Change, Delay, or Skip Instead of Canceling
Billie also lets subscribers change the subscription rather than cancel it.

Billie's current Razor Starter Kit page lists the kit at $10 with free shipping. The kit includes a Billie handle, 2 refill blades, and a magnetic holder. After the starter kit, Billie says it delivers 4 refill blades as often as you choose.

Billie also says subscribers can add other items to an existing subscription as one-time or recurring shipments, including Body Lotion, Body Wash, Deodorant, Body Buffer, V Smooth, and Whipped Shave Cream. If you added one of those to recurring shipments, check it separately.
Billing and Shipping Timing
Billie's FAQ says subscription charges are based on the original sign-up date and the delivery frequency selected. It also says a card is charged when an order is accepted.

If an upcoming ship date is close, handle the Subscription tab first, then email support if the account screen does not show a clear final status.
Address, Payment, and Order Problems
Billie says a shipping address for future shipments can be edited in the Subscription tab below the upcoming ship date and selected frequency. The Profile tab is used for payment information.
For a just-placed order, Billie says orders move quickly and asks customers to send a note if an address needs to be caught before the package ships. Include:

Returns, Lost Orders, and Satisfaction Guarantee
Billie's FAQ says products are not accepted for return for hygiene reasons. It also says that if a mybillie.com order is lost, damaged, or incomplete, customers should email Billie within 45 days so the team can make it right.
Billie also points customers to a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The FAQ says if the purchase was made within the last 45 days, provide a photo of the receipt for review.

Subscription cancellation and order issue support are separate. Cancel future shipments in the account first, then email support about a specific shipped order if needed.
