Cancel Through the BEVEL Account Console
Use this route for a BEVEL subscription managed by getbevel.com.
- Go to
https://getbevel.com/account.
- Sign in with the email used for the BEVEL subscription.
- Click the account icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select the Subscriptions tab.
- Click Hold a shipment for the active subscription.
- Confirm the action.
- If a dropdown shows more subscriptions, switch to each active subscription and repeat the same HOLD action.
- Save a screenshot or PDF of the final status.
BEVEL's help center says placing shipments on HOLD makes shipments stop permanently. It also says you can resume later by purchasing a subscription again through checkout.
If You Have Multiple BEVEL Subscriptions
Do not assume one HOLD action covers the whole account. BEVEL says customers with multiple subscriptions must place each subscription on HOLD individually.

Legacy Installment Plans
BEVEL's cancellation article notes one special case for older subscription plans with installment payments. If there is a remaining balance on the most recent shipment, BEVEL says that balance is charged upon cancellation.

If the account shows an installment balance and the amount is not clear, submit a BEVEL help request before changing the plan so the support team can explain the balance tied to the latest shipment.
If a BEVEL Order Already Processed
BEVEL's order help says an order cannot be edited after it has processed. That means placing the subscription on HOLD may stop future shipments, but it may not stop an order that has already moved into processing.

Because order changes are time-sensitive, handle the Account Console first if the next shipment date is close.
BEVEL Returns and Refund Context
BEVEL's current return policy allows returns within 30 days from the day of delivery. The policy also says products that are damaged or altered after delivery cannot be returned, shipping or duty fees are not refundable, and bundled or multi-part products must be returned with all included items.

Subscription cancellation and product returns are separate actions. Place future shipments on HOLD first, then use the returns portal for a delivered order if it is still inside the return window.

If the Account Console Does Not Work
If you cannot sign in, the Subscriptions tab does not show the plan, or the HOLD control does not complete, submit a request through BEVEL's help center. Include the account email and order number rather than only a name, because a support agent needs account identifiers to find the subscription.
Use a concise message:
Please place my BEVEL subscription shipments on HOLD and stop future subscription shipments. The account email is [email]. The latest order number is [order number]. Please confirm that each active subscription on the account has no future shipment scheduled.
