Cancel a Direct BODi Digital Subscription
Use this route if your receipt came from BODi, Beachbody, or Team Beachbody rather than Apple, Google Play, Roku, or another platform.
- Sign in to BODi.
- Open the BODi subscription page from your account.
- Locate the digital subscription you want to stop.
- Select Manage.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Review the option shown for your account.
- Save the confirmation and the access end date.
BODi says that if the subscription displays Inactive, auto-renewal has already been canceled and access will end on the date shown.
For an initial purchase inside the 31-day Money Back Guarantee window, BODi may show Cancel and Refund Me or Cancel and Keep Access. The first option cancels access immediately and refunds the subscription if eligible. The second option keeps access through the current billing cycle or free trial, then stops renewal.
For renewals or accounts outside the Money Back Guarantee window, BODi says Cancel Subscription keeps access through the end of the billing cycle or free trial and then stops renewal.
Cancel Nutrition Subscriptions
Nutrition subscriptions are separate from digital access. This can include recurring shipments of BODi nutritional products, supplements, bundles, or other physical products.
To cancel:
- Sign in at
https://www.bodi.com/us/en/account/subscriptions.
- Locate the nutritional order under Subscriptions.
- Select Manage.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts until the subscription status changes.
- Save the next ship date and cancellation confirmation.
BODi's cancellation FAQ says a shipment cannot be canceled after it has been processed. It also says changes, modifications, or cancellations must be received at least 3 days before the next scheduled payment or ship date to take effect for that period. If the request is made less than 3 days before the automatic renewal day, the subscription can continue as scheduled and cancellation takes effect in the following period.

The subscription settings for the account that billed the purchase |
BODi's third-party purchase FAQ says BODi Customer Support cannot change payment methods, provide subscription details, or process cancellations or refunds for in-app purchases billed by third parties. The same FAQ says deleting the BODi app does not stop the subscription or delete the BODi account.
BODi notes one Google-specific exception: support may be able to assist with canceling a Google Play Store BODi subscription if you provide the GPA order number from the Google receipt.
Current BODi Prices and Plans
BODi prices can vary by country, promotion, platform, app-store rules, and checkout date. The BODi subscription page checked for this review showed:
| Plan or option |
Current public detail checked |
| Complete Access annual |
Limited-time $99 first year; renews at $179 every 12 months |
| P90X subscription |
$9.99/month; renews at $9.99 every month |
| 10 Min BODi |
10-day free trial, then $10/month |
| Autumn subscription |
$9.99/month; renews at $9.99 every month |
| Shaun T subscription |
$9.99/month; renews at $9.99 every month |
| App Store / Google Play |
In-app prices can vary by location and platform |
Use the account page and receipt as the source of truth for your own renewal amount. If you are on a legacy Beachbody On Demand plan, the amount and access details may not match the current public checkout page.
Refund Rules and Money Back Guarantee
BODi's Money Back Guarantee FAQ says most products have a 31-day Money Back Guarantee, but eligibility depends on product type and purchase source.
| Purchase type |
Refund rule checked |
| Direct digital initial purchase |
Eligible refunds are only issued for cancellations within 31 days of purchase or initial subscription term |
| Direct digital renewal |
Renewals are not covered; access continues through the end of the term after cancellation |
| Free trial |
Subscriptions that start with a free trial are not covered; cancel during the trial period to stop billing |
| Third-party purchase |
Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, and other stores apply their own cancellation and refund process |
| Physical products |
31-day window starts on delivery date |
| Kits and bundles |
All bundle components must be returned to be eligible |
| Bikes in the U.S. and Canada |
Eligible for return within 31 days of delivery |
BODi's separate cancellation-and-refund FAQ says that if you believe you canceled but were still charged, you need proof such as a cancellation email or screenshot. Without valid proof, refunds cannot be processed under the stated policy because subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund and must be canceled before renewal to prevent billing.
Product, Fitness, and Nutrition Note
This article is about cancellation and billing. It is not medical, fitness, or nutrition advice.
BODi's site footer says product statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. It also says results vary, exercise and proper diet are necessary, and users should consult a physician and follow safety instructions before beginning an exercise program or nutrition plan or using a supplement, especially when pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.
If you are changing a workout, nutrition plan, supplement, or meal replacement because of a health concern, ask a qualified healthcare professional.
