How to Find Where You Subscribed
A&E Crime Central says My Account shows the platform where the subscription was originally started, such as the A&E Crime Central website, Apple's App Store, or Roku. That platform controls cancellation and payment updates.

The "Where can I watch" help page says subscriptions started through partner services cannot be accessed through the A&E Crime Central website or Apple/Roku apps, and A&E Crime Central will not have those partner-service subscription details on file.
Website Subscription Cancellation
If the subscription was purchased on aecrimecentral.com, use the website route:
- Open
https://aecrimecentral.com/sign-in.
- Sign in with the subscription email.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner.
- Select My Account.
- Click Cancel Subscription or follow the cancellation instructions displayed.
- Save the email verifying cancellation.
- Sign back in and confirm that My Account shows canceled status.
A&E Crime Central says website cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You can keep watching until that period ends.
Apple, Google Play, and Roku Cancellation
If your receipt shows Apple, Google, or Roku, use the platform that billed you.
| Platform |
Official route |
| Apple App Store |
Open the Apple subscription management link or Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > A&E Crime Central > Cancel |
| Google Play |
Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, sign in to the subscribing Google account, select A&E Crime Central, and click Cancel Subscription |
| Roku Channel Store |
Sign in at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions, select the channel, and cancel; or use the Roku remote * button > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription |
If you do not see A&E Crime Central in the platform account, sign in to A&E Crime Central My Account and check which platform is listed. You may have used a different Apple ID, Google account, Roku account, or partner service.
TV, Marketplace, and Bundle Cancellation
A&E Crime Central publishes separate cancellation instructions for Vizio, Samsung, Verizon +Play, and MyBundle.
| Platform |
Cancellation path |
| Vizio TV |
Sign in to the Vizio account, open Subscriptions & Purchases, click Update next to the subscription, choose Cancel Subscription, then update the subscription |
| Samsung TV |
Go to https://www.samsungcheckout.com/, sign in, open Purchase History, choose Subscriptions, select the subscription, and unsubscribe |
| Verizon +Play |
Open the +Play Manage area, click Manage on A&E Crime Central, turn the active plan toggle off, and confirm unsubscribe |
| MyBundle |
Go to https://mybundle.tv/, open the profile menu, select My Apps, choose the app, and confirm Cancel Subscription |
For Amazon Prime Video Channels, The Roku Channel, Apple TV Channels, Cox, Comcast Xfinity, and DirecTV, cancel inside the account for the partner provider that billed the channel. A&E Crime Central says those partner-service subscriptions are not managed in the A&E Crime Central website account.
Refunds, Billing Periods, and Access
A&E Crime Central's refund article says there are no refunds for unused portions of the subscription. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
What this means:
- cancel before renewal if you want to stop the next charge
- expect current paid access to continue through the billing period
- do not expect a prorated refund for unused time
- save the cancellation email or platform confirmation
- check the next statement for charges from A+E Global Media, Roku, Apple, Google, Amazon, a TV provider, or another partner
The pricing page says A&E Crime Central subscriptions can renew monthly or annually after a free trial. The public aecrimecentral.com page currently shows plans starting at $5.99 per month, annual at $59.99 per year, and a bundle plan at $9.99 per month.
If You Are Still Being Charged
If you are still being charged after cancellation, A&E Crime Central asks for enough information to locate the billing source. Prepare:
| Evidence |
Why it helps |
| All possible account emails |
A household member may have used a different email |
| Latest statement screenshot |
Shows the billing descriptor and amount |
| Last four card digits |
Helps support distinguish payment methods |
| Date of last charge |
Helps match renewal timing |
| Billing zip code |
Helps support verify the account |
| Platform receipts |
Shows Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, TV provider, or website billing |
| Cancellation confirmation |
Shows when cancellation was completed |
If the charge is on a credit card and appears to be a billing error after a timely cancellation, the FTC says written billing-error notices generally must reach the card issuer within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent. Use the card issuer's billing inquiry address and include copies of the cancellation proof.
A&E Crime Central support asks users to include a thorough description of the issue, the email address associated with the account, and the platform where they subscribed. If you do not know the platform, say that clearly and include billing evidence.
Use support when:
- you cannot sign in
- My Account does not show the expected platform
- you canceled but still see charges
- you need help identifying an A+E Global Media or Roku charge
- a gift subscription email is missing
- a partner-service subscription does not connect to the A&E Crime Central app
For ordinary subscription support, use the A&E Crime Central Contact Us form. A support phone number shown in the gift-subscription article is marked only for gift subscription help, so do not treat it as the general cancellation route.
Privacy Requests
A&E Crime Central links to the A+E Global Media consumer privacy policy. The policy says individuals may submit data subject rights requests through https://www.aegm.com/consumer-dsr. Authorized agents may email privacy@aegm.com with the subject heading Consumer Authorized Agent DSR Request, and general privacy policy questions may be emailed to privacy@aegm.com with the subject heading Consumer Privacy Policy Question.
Privacy deletion or marketing opt-out is separate from subscription cancellation. Cancel the paid subscription through the billing platform first, then submit a privacy request if you also want account data handled.
What to Say When You Cancel
Use this script:
"Please cancel my A&E Crime Central subscription and stop future billing. My account email is [email], and My Account shows the billing platform as [platform]. The latest charge was [amount] on [date], and the statement shows [descriptor]. Please confirm that cancellation is complete, when access ends, and whether any active subscription remains under this email or payment method."
Useful follow-up questions:
- "Which platform originally billed this subscription?"
- "Will cancellation take effect at the end of the current billing period?"
- "Will I receive an email confirmation?"
- "Can you confirm there are no active subscriptions under my other email addresses?"
- "Is this charge from the website, Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, a TV provider, Verizon +Play, or MyBundle?"
- "What account should I use if A&E Crime Central does not have partner-service billing information on file?"
