Web Cancellation and Renewal Rules
The Terms say subscription fees are billed at the beginning of the membership or after a free trial, then on each renewal according to the selected plan unless the subscription is canceled, suspended, or discontinued.

Kutingg/ALTT Terms say subscription fees are non-refundable whether or not the subscription content was used, and that cancellation during the billing cycle does not create a prorated refund for the unused period.
