Web Cancellation and Renewal Rules
The Terms say subscription fees are billed at the beginning of the membership or after a free trial, then on each renewal according to the selected plan unless the subscription is canceled, suspended, or discontinued.

The Terms also say changes in a subscription plan are effective after the current paid period expires. If you change or cancel during the active period, do not assume an immediate partial refund unless support or the payment platform confirms it in writing.

Kutingg/ALTT Terms say subscription fees are non-refundable whether or not the subscription content was used, and that cancellation during the billing cycle does not create a prorated refund for the unused period.
