Cancel BioClarity in Your Account
Use this route if you can sign in to the BioClarity account that holds the recurring order.
- Go to
https://www.bioclarity.com/.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the account area for Auto-Ship & Save or subscriptions.
- Select the recurring product you want to stop.
- Turn off the auto-ship subscription.
- Repeat for any other recurring products.
- Save the confirmation screen and next shipment status.
BioClarity's FAQ says you can turn off your auto-ship subscription at any time from your account. The Auto-Ship & Save page also describes the subscription as no commitment and cancel-any-time.
Cancel by Email or Phone
Use support if you cannot sign in, the subscription screen is unclear, or a current order also needs attention.

Please turn off my BioClarity Auto-Ship & Save subscription and stop future recurring shipments. My account email is [email]. My latest order number is [order number]. Please confirm that no future auto-ship order is scheduled.
If you are trying to stop a just-placed order, add:
This is also an order-cancellation request. The order was placed at [time and date]. Please confirm whether it is still inside the cancellation cutoff.

Order Cancellation Cutoffs
BioClarity's refund policy gives a short window for canceling an order.

This cutoff is for an order that already exists. Separately turn off Auto-Ship & Save so the next recurring order does not generate.
Returns and Refunds
BioClarity's return policy says purchases from www.bioclarity.com may be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied. The policy says the returned product or products and the order number are needed for the refund amount of the purchase. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.
