Cancel Online from Your Dermstore Account
Use this route for BeautyFIX subscriptions bought directly from Dermstore.
- Go to
https://www.dermstore.com/account/.
- Sign in with the email used for the BeautyFIX subscription.
- Open your account subscription area or BeautyFIX order details.
- Select the active BeautyFIX plan.
- Turn off auto-renewal or follow the cancellation prompt shown in the account.
- Confirm whether the current term still has boxes left.
- Save the confirmation screen and any email receipt.
Dermstore's BeautyFIX page says to go to your account to cancel a BeautyFIX subscription. The Help Center footer also links to Manage My Auto-Replenishments, but BeautyFIX is not identical to ordinary auto-replenishment. If the account area sends you to an auto-replenishment page, verify that the BeautyFIX subscription itself shows auto-renewal off.

The same page says BeautyFIX includes $100+ in beauty essentials, starts at $24.95/month, and has limited subscriptions with all sales final. It also says free shipping starts after the first month for monthly plans; pay-upfront plans meet the free US shipping threshold because the upfront order is over $50.
The Renewal Cutoff

For practical purposes, do not wait until the end of the month. If the next plan renewal is for a March box, Dermstore's example says cancellation must be submitted by February 14. If the account shows a different renewal date, save that date and contact Customer Service before the cutoff.
If you submit the request after the applicable window, the current BeautyFIX FAQ says the plan may renew for one additional term and that charge can still apply. Once that final renewal period ends, the subscription should not renew again.
Monthly, Multi-Month, and Upfront Plans
BeautyFIX uses plan language that can be easy to misread.

Dermstore's BeautyFIX FAQ says if you have a 6-month subscription and opt out after the second box, the third through sixth boxes will still be charged and fulfilled to complete the 6-month subscription. Dermstore's terms also say the 12-month subscription commits you to the full 12-month period.
That means "cancel" often means "stop the next renewal," not "stop all boxes immediately."
What Happens to Paid Boxes
Dermstore's terms say canceling a BeautyFIX subscription does not cancel or refund delivery orders that have already been paid for. It only stops future renewal charges.

Returns and Refund Boundaries
Dermstore's return policy is separate from BeautyFIX cancellation. It says eligible returns must be requested within 60 days of receipt and must be in pristine condition, meaning unopened, unused, and with any seals intact.

Because BeautyFIX page copy also says limited subscriptions are all sales final, do not assume an unwanted box can be refunded simply because you turned off auto-renewal. Use the return policy only where the item and condition qualify, and get the answer in writing if Customer Service makes an exception.

What to Say to Customer Service
Use a specific request:
"Please confirm that auto-renewal is turned off for my BeautyFIX by Dermstore subscription. My account email is [email], the plan is [plan type], and the next renewal date shown is [date]. Please confirm the final box I will receive, whether any more charges will apply, and whether the subscription will renew again after the current term."
If you were charged after trying to opt out, add:
