Email BlueChew Support
Use this route if the account page does not show a clear control or you need written confirmation.
Send:
Please cancel or put on hold my BlueChew subscription before the next billing date. My account email is [email]. My current plan is [plan or medication if known]. My next billing date is [date], and my latest receipt was [amount] on [date]. Please confirm that no next renewal will process and whether any already processed shipment is still being prepared or shipped.
Use support@bluechew.com for account, billing, and general support. The FAQ also says website chat may be used for return/refund concerns.
Timing and Renewal Rules
BlueChew has two public timing statements:
| Source |
Timing detail |
| FAQ |
Submit cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal to stop the next charge |
| Terms |
Modify, pause, or cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date |
| Shipping confirmation email |
Identifies the next billing date and recurring payment plan details |
| Monthly receipt |
Shows the next billing date and any rate or material-term changes |
Because the terms use 48 hours, use that deadline. If the next billing date is close, email support and take screenshots of the account status.
Refunds, Returns, and Shipped Orders
BlueChew's current FAQ and terms set important expectations:
| Topic |
Current BlueChew guidance |
| Prescription returns |
BlueChew cannot accept returns for prescription treatments |
| Refunds |
Terms say applicable fees and charges are not refundable unless a return/refund policy says otherwise |
| Already processed refill |
Contact support to check order and shipment status |
| Billing cycle |
Billing occurs at the start of each cycle at the then-current standard price |
| Price changes |
FAQ says BlueChew provides at least 3 days' notice before standard pricing changes |
| Monthly receipts |
Terms say receipts include next billing date and notice of rate or material-term changes |
Do not wait for a shipment notification if you already know you want to stop the next refill. Use the billing date, not the delivery date, as your deadline.
Switch or Adjust Instead of Canceling
If you are canceling because the medication or dose is not working well for you, BlueChew's FAQ says you can reach the medical team through support@bluechew.com. If you already know which treatment you want to try, the FAQ says you can sign in, open My Plan, and select Switch Plans.

Switching treatment is different from canceling. Confirm the next billing date after any change.
Current Pricing Signals
BlueChew plan pricing depends on the selected treatment, dose, quantity, subscription settings, shipping, taxes, and account eligibility. The public pricing path is not a simple static table.

Medical and Pharmacy Boundaries
BlueChew terms say BlueChew is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice. It connects registered users with third-party healthcare provider-owned businesses. The homepage also states featured compounded products have not been approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify compounded products for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.
For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, use emergency care. For non-urgent medication questions, contact BlueChew support, the medical team, or the pharmacy connected to your order.
