Cancel a Direct ATG Subscription
Use this route if your receipt or statement points to ATG, ATG Online Coaching, ATG Exercise, or the ATG account rather than Apple or Google Play.
- Open the ATG app or go to
https://www.atgonlinecoaching.com/.
- Sign in with the account email used at signup.
- Open account, settings, membership, billing, or subscription management.
- Choose the active coached membership.
- Select the cancellation or online subscription-management option.
- Complete the confirmation prompts.
- Save the confirmation and the renewal or expiration date.
If the account page does not show billing controls, use the in-app support channel and include the card descriptor and account email. If you have more than one ATG account, check each email before assuming cancellation failed.
Cancel Through Apple
Use Apple only if the Apple receipt or iPhone subscription list shows ATG Online Coaching.
- Open Settings on iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select ATG Online Coaching.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Save the expiration date.
If ATG does not appear in Apple subscriptions, Apple probably is not the billing source. Check ATG direct billing or Google Play.
Cancel Through Google Play
Use Google Play only if the Google account or Play receipt billed ATG.
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Choose Payments & subscriptions.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Select ATG Online Coaching.
- Choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
- Save the order ID and expiration date.
If Google Play does not show the subscription, use the ATG account or the seller shown on the receipt.

ATG content and offers can change. Use the current checkout, receipt, or app-store subscription page to confirm your exact renewal date and amount.
Equipment Refunds Are Separate
ATG also sells equipment. Do not confuse equipment refunds with the online coaching subscription.
ATG's equipment refund policy says defective or damaged equipment has a 30-day refund policy after receiving the item, and refund requests should include a picture of the defective or damaged product. That policy is for equipment, not a promise that a coaching subscription will be refunded.
