Cancel in Manage Subscriptions
Use this route for a subscription purchased through Birchbox.
- Go to
https://www.birchbox.com/.
- Sign in to the Birchbox account tied to the subscription.
- Open Manage Subscriptions from your account profile.
- Select the active Birchbox Monthly or Birchbox Signature plan.
- Turn off renewal or cancel the subscription.
- Confirm the change.
- Save the final account status and next renewal date.
Birchbox says renewals typically take place from the 1st through the 5th of the month. If you already paid for the current month's box, the cancellation policy says the cancellation takes effect with the next billing cycle.

For prepaid plans, canceling is still useful because it stops the next renewal. It does not remove boxes already purchased as part of the prepaid term.
Pause Instead of Canceling
Birchbox allows pause or skip requests for Monthly and Prepaid members.

Birchbox says pause requests must be submitted before the monthly renewal date. To request a pause, email info@birchbox.com or use live chat in the support center.
Use a clear message:
Please pause my Birchbox subscription for [month]. My account email is [email]. Please confirm that I will not be billed or sent that month's box, or that my prepaid term will be extended by one month.
If you want to stop future renewals entirely, cancel in Manage Subscriptions rather than only pausing.

Birchbox Monthly is the original monthly beauty subscription. The current Birchbox membership page says each monthly box includes 5 to 6 curated beauty and wellness products, with sample-sized, travel-sized, and sometimes full-sized items. The current plan page says Monthly boxes are delivered every month and have up to $110 value.

Birchbox says canceling a monthly subscription after you have already been billed for the current month's box takes effect with the next billing cycle.
