Hilton Grand Vacations says owners can access the Club website or owner account by going to HiltonGrandVacations.com, selecting Sign In, and choosing the appropriate account type. Registration can require a membership number or contract number plus additional identifying information.

If you booked a Diamond Resorts and Hotels stay rather than an owner reservation, use the Diamond Resorts and Hotels contact page. It lists U.S. 1-800-438-2929 and EU +44 (0) 800-358-6991, and it says future bookings at resorts managed by Hilton Grand Vacations in the U.S., Canada, or Europe should use TopHotelReservations.com.
For package-holder or prepaid-vacation questions, HGV travel-update pages list 888-208-6025 and NMC_Contact@hgv.com for Passport, Sampler, and prepaid vacation package holders in some contexts. If your confirmation email lists a different number, use the number on the confirmation.
For post-stay billing, deposits, resort fees, room issues, or lost items, contact the resort directly first when possible. Property teams usually control stay-level records and can locate folios or local incident notes faster than a general ownership line.
Maintenance Fees, Payments, and Ownership Questions
For maintenance-fee disputes, payments, dues, loan-servicing questions, or ownership account balances, use the owner/member portal or the phone/email path printed on the current statement. Include the usage year, payment date, amount, contract number, and the line item being disputed.
For sales-presentation concerns, contract cancellation, rescission windows, title transfer, foreclosure, or third-party exit offers, use official HGV/Diamond channels and keep the issue in writing. Be careful with third-party companies that ask for upfront fees to "cancel" a timeshare without reviewing your contract.
