Cancellation and Free-Trial Renewal Complaints
G-Plans' terms say that if a subscription is not canceled at the end of a free trial, it automatically becomes a paid subscription. The terms say customers may cancel by logging into the account and following cancellation instructions at least one day before the next billing cycle.
Use this table:
| Situation |
Complaint focus |
| Need to cancel subscription |
Use account/app cancellation before next billing cycle |
| No cancellation confirmation |
Save screenshots and ask support to confirm |
| Trial became paid plan |
Provide trial dates and charge date |
| Charged after cancellation |
Provide cancellation screenshot and billing date |
| Account route failed |
Provide screenshots and support timeline |
| Multiple G-Plans products active |
Separate app, store, and telehealth subscriptions |
| Auto-renewal unclear |
Ask support to identify renewal status in writing |
If a cancellation complaint also involves a medical appointment or medication order, separate those facts because G-Plans uses different refund language for scheduled medical services.
Refund Guarantees and Plan-Type Complaints
G-Plans' shop refund page says the Pro plan has a 30 day money-back guarantee: customers who try the G-Plans application as a Pro user and decide it is not for them can cancel within the first 30 days and request a full $39.99 refund by emailing support@g-plans.com.
The same page says the Power plan and Annual plan are optional add-ons that lock in 3 months or 12 months at a discounted rate, and for that reason do not include the 30 day money-back guarantee. It also says specialized plan additions such as Accelerator, Managed Programs, Cookbooks, and Kick off calls do not come with 30 day guarantees.
Use this table:
| Refund issue |
Evidence |
| Pro plan within 30 days |
Purchase date, plan proof, email request |
| Pro refund denied |

| Power plan refund request |

| Module refund request |

| Discounted service issue |

Ask support to identify the plan type and the exact policy basis for approving or denying the refund.
Telehealth, Medication, and Appointment Complaints
G-Plans' Billing & Refunds page says Plans are non-refundable for months in which medication orders, medical consultations, or medical appointments have been scheduled or occurred. It also says products or services may be withheld if payment fails.
For appointments, the Billing & Refunds page says appointments canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable, and cancellation or rescheduling should use self-service features in the G-Plans App.
Use this table:
| Issue |
Evidence |
| Medication-related charge |
Medication order status, charge date, plan |
| Consultation scheduled |
Appointment confirmation and date |
| Appointment canceled outside 72 hours |
Cancellation time and app screenshot |
| Appointment canceled inside 72 hours |
Appointment time and cancellation time |
| Missed appointment |
Appointment status and support messages |
| Services withheld after failed payment |
Payment notice and account status |
| Clinical eligibility issue |
Provider message and billing record |
For medical-service complaints, ask for billing clarification and appointment status. Do not ask billing support for medical decisions.
Nutritionist Calls, Modules, and Add-ons
G-Plans' shop refund page says nutritionist calls that were paid for and never booked are refundable up to 30 days from purchase, while missed nutritionist appointments that were booked are non-refundable. It also says plan additions such as Accelerator, Managed Programs, Cookbooks, and Kick off calls are specialized and do not come with 30 day guarantees.
Use this table:
| Issue |
Evidence |
| Paid nutritionist call never booked |
Receipt and no booking confirmation |
| Missed booked call |
Appointment date and status |
| Kick off call issue |

| Managed Program issue |

| Cookbook issue |

| Accelerator issue |

| Add-on purchased by mistake |
Checkout screen and support request |
Ask G-Plans to confirm whether the item is a refundable unbooked call, a missed booked appointment, or a specialized add-on outside the guarantee.
Supplement Subscriptions, Shipping, and Product Complaints
G-Plans' shop pages currently sell supplement products and say shipping is free on subscriptions or on purchases over $70 for non-subscription products. The shop FAQ says customers can cancel subscriptions easily, and the store contact area lists support@g-plans.com, chat, and a phone number.
Use this table:
| Supplement issue |
Evidence |
| Need to cancel supplement subscription |
Store account screen and renewal date |
| Supplement renewal after cancellation |
Cancellation proof and charge date |
| Order not shipped |

| Damaged shipment |

| Wrong supplement |

| Missing supplement |

| Product label concern |

For supplement complaints, separate product issues from app or telehealth subscriptions. They may be billed and handled differently.
G-Plans is available through its website, mobile application, and Shopify-based supplement store. A customer may have more than one account path or billing source.
Use this table:

If the charge came through an app store, follow that app store's subscription and refund process in addition to contacting G-Plans support.
G-Plans shop pages list support@g-plans.com and chat. Current site snippets show G-Plans phone numbers in the 619 area code, including (619) 290 9009 on shop pages and (619) 220 9009 on the main site listing. Use the number displayed in the customer's current account, receipt, or the current page being used, and save the support timeline.

Privacy and Data Requests
G-Plans has a privacy notice and provides services that may involve health, payment, app, and order information. Privacy requests should be handled separately from open billing, appointment, supplement, or refund complaints so records remain available while the issue is reviewed.
