Gobble Skip, Cancel, and Cutoff Complaints
Gobble's Help Center says the deadline to skip or modify a delivery is always Wednesday at 11:59 pm for the following week's delivery. Its terms say an order is final at 11:59pm local time on the Wednesday before the following week's delivery, and the customer must skip or cancel before the deadline to stop being charged for that order.
Gobble says if a customer accidentally misses the deadline, they should reach out as soon as possible and Gobble will do its best to accommodate the request.
Use this table:
| Situation |
Complaint focus |
| Need to skip upcoming box |
Skip before Wednesday deadline |
| Need to cancel account |
Cancel before Wednesday deadline |
| Missed cutoff |
Contact Gobble immediately |
| Charged after cancellation |
Provide cancellation proof and charge date |
| Skip did not save |
Provide skip confirmation and delivery week |
| Deadline time disputed |
Provide dashboard screenshot and time zone |
| Multiple delivery weeks involved |
List each week separately |
If the request was after cutoff, the strongest complaint asks for accommodation and separates that request from any separate food or delivery problem.
Charges, Credits, and Refund Reviews
Gobble's terms say that if the customer skipped or canceled before the deadline and can provide documentary evidence, such as a timestamped email or auto-confirmation, Gobble will process a credit or full refund, including applicable delivery charges, as soon as practicable and within 30 days of the cancellation request.
If a customer refuses delivery for another reason, Gobble says it will notify the customer whether a credit or refund is available and, if so, the amount, by phone or email. If approved, Gobble says the credit or refund will be processed within 30 days of communicating the decision. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for purchase.
Use this table:
| Billing issue |
Evidence |
| Charged after timely skip/cancel |
Timestamped confirmation and charge date |
| Credit promised but missing |
Support message and account credit screen |
| Refund promised but not received |

| Delivery refused after deadline |
Delivery details and support response |
| Duplicate-looking charge |
Receipts, bank dates, account email |
| Gift card credit issue |
Gift card and account credit history |
| Redelivery fee dispute |

Ask Gobble to state whether it approved a credit, refund, or no remedy, and to identify the date and amount.
Missing Ingredients, Damaged Items, and Meal Quality
Gobble's terms say customers should contact Gobble at the support email or by phone within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with a meal or meal ingredient. Gobble may decide whether to issue a credit, partial refund, full refund, or no remedy based on the defective portion and its review.
Use this table:
| Meal issue |
Evidence |
| Missing ingredient |
Meal name, ingredient, delivery date |
| Wrong ingredient |
Recipe card, expected item, item received |
| Damaged ingredient |
Photos, item, delivery date |
| Leaking protein package |

| Missing recipe card |

For meal issues, write one line per affected meal: meal name, ingredient, issue, photos, and requested remedy.
Late, Warm, or Thawed Delivery Complaints
Gobble's transit article says its boxes are prepared so the contents remain fresh for up to 72 hours in transit, with insulation and ice packs adjusted by season and location so dinner kits arrive fresh and cool to the touch. Gobble's food storage article says customers should refrigerate dinner kits right away and recommends preparing meals within 7 days. It says some proteins, pastas, soups, and sauces can be frozen early and may last 2-3 months.
Use this table:
| Delivery issue |
Evidence |
| Late delivery |
Tracking, expected date, arrival time |
| Box never arrived |
Tracking status and account address |
| Warm contents |
Arrival time, photos, temperature if measured |
| Thawed or damaged items |

If the food may be unsafe, do not eat it. Contact Gobble promptly and preserve photos, labels, and packaging details.
Gift Cards, Credits, and Account Issues
Gobble's gift-card article says Gobble E-Gift Cards are available to non-members and members, are sent electronically to the recipient on the selected send date, and can be used toward any subscription meal plan. It says gift cards never expire and carry no fees. It also says the recipient must sign up for a Gobble subscription using a credit card; the card is not charged until the gift card credits have been fully redeemed.
Use this table:
| Issue |
Evidence |
| Gift card not received |
Purchaser email, recipient email, send date |
| Gift card not redeemed |
Gift card details and recipient account |
| Credit card charged after gift |
Gift balance history and receipt |
| Gobble credit missing |
Account credit screen and order |
| Account email mismatch |
Possible emails and receipts |
| Password issue |
Reset attempt and account email |
| Billing history issue |
Account screenshot and receipt |
Gift complaints should include both purchaser and recipient details so support can identify the record.
Food Storage and Safety Complaints
Gobble's support materials say dinner kits should be refrigerated right away, generally prepared within 7 days, and treated like groceries. For add-ons, Gobble provides specific storage guidance, including refrigerated breakfast quiches up to 10 days, soups refrigerated up to 7 days or frozen for 3-4 months, frozen cookie dough until baking, and unopened marinara or Pomodoro sauces that do not need refrigeration while sealed and can be stored up to a year.
Use this table:
| Storage issue |
Evidence |
| Seafood or fragile herbs |
Meal name and delivery date |
| Protein storage concern |
Label, delivery date, freezer/refrigerator timing |

| Cookie dough issue |

| Food safety concern |
Photos, label, arrival time |
| Recipe instruction concern |

For safety-sensitive complaints, include the delivery time and storage timeline, not just the final meal outcome.
Gobble's current contact article lists phone (888) 405-7481 and says support is available 6am PT to 8pm PT Monday-Friday and 6am PT to 1pm PT Sunday, with Saturday closed. Gobble's request form page also says 24hr support is available by texting Hello to GOBBL (46225), message and data rates may apply.
