If you call, write down the date, time, number, and the result. If you email, send the request from the subscribed account email when possible and keep the sent message plus any reply.
Automatic Renewal and Billing Rules
247Sports Subscription Terms say Premium Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged to the payment method at the beginning of each subscription period unless canceled. The renewal period is the same length as the initial subscription period unless the sale terms or a later agreement say otherwise.

If your cancellation is close to renewal, use both the fastest available support route and a written record. The support page specifically says email requests should be sent at least 2 business days before renewal.
Refunds and Access After Cancellation
The 247Sports Subscription Terms are clear about refunds: if you cancel during a subscription period, cancellation goes into effect at the end of the then-current subscription period, you keep access for the remainder of the paid period, and you will not receive a refund for fees already paid.
The current 247Sports join page FAQ repeats the same practical rule: no refunds will be issued under the terms of service, future charges are canceled after cancellation, and charges that already occurred are not refunded.
What this means:
- cancel before the renewal date to stop the next term
- expect access to continue through the current paid period

If you activated a separate Paramount+ account, check that account separately. The 247Sports source describes a VIP activation benefit; it does not replace a separate Paramount+ account-management check if you created an independent Paramount+ login or billing relationship.
If You Bought Through Apple or Google
The official 247Sports support and subscription terms focus on 247Sports account cancellation. Only use Apple or Google cancellation steps if your receipt or statement clearly says the subscription is billed by Apple, Google, or the app store.
If Apple or Google is the merchant of record:
- check the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase
- cancel in the platform subscription settings
- save the platform confirmation
- keep the Apple or Google receipt

If you still want to cancel, do not let an access investigation push you past the renewal date. Send the cancellation request first, then ask support to investigate access if needed.
Privacy Requests
247Sports is part of the Paramount Services privacy framework. Paramount's privacy policy was last modified May 12, 2026 and says users can exercise privacy rights through the Privacy Rights Center. It also lists a phone route for U.S. privacy rights requests at (888) 841-3343.
