Cancel Through VXNBILL
Use this route if your confirmation email, card statement, or Vixen support article points to VXNBILL.
- Go to
https://www.vxnbill.com/.
- Choose the member cancellation or account lookup flow.
- Enter the email used at signup.
- Enter the last four digits of the card used for the membership.
- Select the active membership.
- Confirm cancellation.
- Save the confirmation email or page.
The Vixen support center says you need to verify the account with your email and last four card digits in order to proceed with cancellation.
Use support if VXNBILL cannot find the membership or the receipt points to a processor you do not recognize.
Send a concise request:
Please cancel renewal for my Blacked Raw membership. My account email is [email]. The billing descriptor is [descriptor]. The latest charge was on [date] for [amount]. The last four digits of the card are [last 4]. Please confirm the cancellation date, the current billing-period end date, and whether any other active membership is tied to this account.
Vixen terms list support@vixen.com for cancellation help. Do not send a full card number or password. The last four digits and receipt details are enough for account lookup in most cases.
If the Receipt Names Another Payment Processor
The Vixen terms say you can also cancel through the payment processor's website and that the confirmation email or card statement should help identify the processor.
Use this checklist:
| Check |
Why it matters |
| Billing descriptor |
Shows the processor or brand name on the card statement |
| Confirmation email |
Usually includes the processor or billing portal |
| Account email |
Finds the membership record |
| Last four card digits |
Helps verify the charge without exposing full payment details |
| Membership website |
Distinguishes Blacked Raw from other Vixen-site memberships |
| Renewal date |
Shows how soon the next charge could post |
If the processor cancels the membership, save that processor's confirmation. If support cancels it for you, save the Vixen support reply.
Access After Cancellation
Current Vixen terms say a canceled membership continues through the end of the billing period. The account then closes at the end of the current period, and the closure date should appear in the cancellation confirmation email.
| Topic |
Current Vixen terms |
| When to cancel |
Before the renewal date |
| Access after cancellation |
Continues until the end of the current billing period |
| Account closure |
Automatically closes at the end of the billing period |
| Confirmation |
Should include the closure date |
| Price changes |
Vixen says it will notify users at least one month in advance |
| If you reject a new price |
Cancel before the price change takes effect |
If you need to know the exact last-access date, rely on the confirmation email rather than guessing from the signup date.
Refund Rules
The current terms say payments are nonrefundable except where required by law, and that Vixen does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
| Situation |
What to expect |
| You cancel during an active billing period |
Access continues until the period ends |
| You forgot to cancel before renewal |
Terms say the payment is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise |
| You had a trial |
Cancel before the trial ends to stop the next subscription charge |
| You dispute the account owner or processor |
Contact support with receipt and verification details |
| You were charged after confirmed cancellation |
Send support the cancellation confirmation and latest receipt |
If support grants a credit or refund, the terms say that decision is discretionary and does not guarantee the same outcome later.
Multiple Vixen-Site Memberships
Vixen terms say membership access is usually limited to the specific website where the purchase was made, unless the purchase was through VixenPlus or the sign-up terms say otherwise. That means canceling one membership may not cancel another membership under the same email.
Check for:
| Record |
Why it matters |
| Blacked Raw receipt |
Confirms the specific site membership |
| VixenPlus receipt |
May represent broader access |
| Separate Vixen-site receipts |
May require separate cancellation |
| Different card descriptors |
May point to different processors |
| Different account emails |
Could create separate memberships |
If you see more than one recurring charge, cancel each one through the matching processor or ask support@vixen.com to list the active memberships tied to your email.
What to Save
| Proof |
Why it matters |
| Latest receipt |
Identifies the billing processor and charge date |
| Billing descriptor |
Helps support or the processor find the account |
| Account email |
Verifies the member record |
| Last four card digits |
Needed by VXNBILL account lookup |
| Cancellation confirmation |
Shows renewal was stopped |
| Closure date |
Shows when access ends |
| Support reply |
Useful if another charge posts later |
Keep the proof until after the next renewal date has passed.
