Use the app. Don't even try calling. Go to Account > Manage Subscription and hit cancel. I had to tap the confirmation button twice for it to actually register, which felt a little sketchy, but it worked.

Start with a phone call to get an official case number. Then, follow up with a detailed email and include that case number in the subject line. It's the only way to make sure they track it properly.

Ugh, that fee. They add it for certain premium items like imported prosciutto or aged cheeses. It's supposed to be in the item description, but it's in tiny font and super easy to miss until you see the bill.
