If you subscribed to Flo Premium through your iPhone, your subscription is managed by Apple. You'll need to cancel it through your device's settings, not the Flo app itself.
Before You Cancel: What You Should Know
Before you hit cancel, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Your Data is Safe: Cancelling your Premium subscription reverts your account to the free version. Your logged cycles, symptoms, and health history will not be deleted. You just lose access to the premium features.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: Flo, like most subscription services, does not offer refunds for the remaining time in your billing period if you cancel early. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Pausing Isn't an Option: Currently, Flo does not offer an option to pause your subscription. You either have an active subscription or you don't.
