Choose the right account

Supernatural billing ownership and cancellation route

The cancellation route depends on how the membership was created: the Quest app, legacy Supernatural companion app, or Meta App Store. Use the route that displays the active membership.

  • Several official routes exist

    Supernatural publishes Quest app, companion app, Meta Quest website, and Meta Quest mobile app cancellation routes.

  • Legacy direct customers use a different route

    The FAQ says legacy customers who subscribed directly can manage the membership in the companion app.

Before the next charge

Timing that matters for Supernatural

For a current auto-renewing Supernatural membership, open Supernatural on the Meta Quest, go to Settings, choose Membership, and select Cancel. Legacy direct subscribers can also use the companion app, while Meta App Store subscribers can use Meta’s subscription controls.

  • Access lasts until renewal

    After cancellation, the current library remains available until the next renewal billing date.

  • A new independent service is planned

    Supernatural’s June 2026 update announces a separate independent service for fall 2026; cancellation of the current membership should be evaluated against the membership currently shown in the account.
