How to Cancel Your PlayStation Plus Subscription (2025)

Open your web browser and navigate to the official PlayStation website. This is the most reliable way to manage your account, honestly. Trying to do it through the console can be a bit clunky.

Click the Sign In button at the top right of the page. Enter the email address and password associated with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

Once you're signed in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Subscription Management from the dropdown menu. If you can't find it, you can also go to Account Settings and then find the Subscription tab on the left-hand menu.

Here's the part that trips everyone up. You won't see a big, obvious 'Cancel' button. Instead, look for your active PlayStation Plus subscription and click the button that says Turn Off Auto-Renew.
