Pricing & Billing FAQ

Billing should never feel like a guessing game. Here's a plain-language guide to how PINE charges: subscriptions, credits, payments, and when bill negotiation uses percentage billing. Clear rules, real examples, no surprises.

Quick mental model

If you remember one thing

Most tasks use credits. Bill negotiation is the one exception.

The exception depends on your plan

Monthly plan: bill negotiation charges a success fee (20–30% of confirmed savings). No savings = $0. Annual plan: bill negotiation uses your plan credits only — no percentage fee at all, even if we save you $1,000+.

Two buckets (so expectations stay aligned)

1.
Regular tasks (credits):Reviews, calls, form submissions, follow-ups, disputes, refunds — deducted from your credit balance.
2.
Bill negotiation (plan-specific):We call your provider and negotiate a lower rate. Monthly plan: success fee on savings. Annual plan: no extra fee, just credits.
