Pricing & Billing FAQ

Billing should never feel like a guessing game. Here's a plain-language guide to how PINE charges: subscriptions, credits, payments, and when bill-lowering uses percentage billing. Clear rules, real examples, no surprises.

Quick mental model

If you remember one thing

most work spends credits.

Bill-lowering is a special category

it's always a negotiation task and is billed as a percentage of savings when it succeeds. For high-risk asks, we may require credits on failure — we'll make that explicit before you proceed.

Two buckets (so expectations stay aligned)

1.
Bill tasks (credits):review options, switch plans, schedule calls, follow up, submit forms.
2.
Bill-lowering negotiation (percentage):we directly negotiate to reduce a recurring bill; fee is a % of confirmed savings.
