No. When a Wix Premium or Studio plan is deactivated within the 14‑day refund window or allowed to expire after you turn off auto‑renewal, your site is not deleted—it reverts to the free Wix version. The free version has limited storage and bandwidth, shows Wix ads, and uses a wixsite.com URL instead of your custom domain.
For most Wix subscriptions, turning off auto‑renewal from Premium Subscriptions stops future payments but lets the service run until the current subscription period ends. This is true for Premium and Studio site plans canceled after their 14‑day refund window, for domains, and for Google Workspace email. Yes. Wix treats domains as separate subscriptions from Premium or Studio site plans. Canceling a site plan or getting a refund does not cancel your domain, and the domain can continue renewing and billing unless you turn off its auto‑renewal from Premium Subscriptions. Likewise, canceling a domain does not end your site plan.
When you cancel a Google Workspace business email from Premium Subscriptions, Wix turns off auto‑renewal but leaves the mailbox active until the end of the current billing period. After the renewal date passes, the subscription expires and you can no longer send or receive email. Data is retained per Google’s policies and may be restored if you repurchase in time; business email and its add‑ons are non‑refundable.
Paid apps from the Wix App Market renew automatically until you cancel each one from Premium Subscriptions by using More Actions → Cancel App and choosing Cancel auto renew.
