Canal+ Cancellation Help

You cancel a Canal+ subscription online by cancelling it with the company that bills you. If Apple bills you, sign in on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or on the web and cancel Canal+ from your Apple ID subscriptions. If Google Play bills you, open your Google Play subscriptions and cancel Canal+ there. If neither shows Canal+, you must cancel directly with Canal+ or your TV/Internet provider.

You can cancel Canal+ from your iPhone if Apple is billing you for the subscription. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Canal+, and tap Cancel Subscription. If Canal+ does not appear there, your subscription is probably billed directly by Canal+ or a bundle partner, so you must cancel through that provider instead.

If Google Play bills you for Canal+, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Canal+, and choose Cancel subscription. Google Play will confirm the change and keep Canal+ active only until the end of the current billing period, after which it stops renewing.

You can keep watching Canal+ until the end of the current paid period when you cancel through Apple or Google Play. Both stores say subscriptions generally remain active for the remainder of the billing cycle, and only future renewals are stopped. After that date, your Canal+ subscription content normally becomes unavailable unless you have another active plan.

Cancelling Canal+ does not guarantee a refund; refunds are handled separately by the billing owner. Apple lets you request refunds for some subscriptions via reportaproblem.apple.com, while Google Play has time‑limited refund rules and may direct you to the developer after a short window. For direct-billed Canal+, you must rely on Canal+ or your TV provider’s refund policy.
