These Coupon Usage Rules apply to all coupons, discounts, and promotional offers issued by Pine, unless otherwise stated.
1. Nature of Coupons
- All coupons are promotional discounts provided by Pine.
- Coupons have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
- Coupons are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they were issued.
- Coupons may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred.
2. Eligible Use
- Coupons may be applied toward eligible paid Pine services only.
- Coupons are applied at checkout and reduce the total amount due, up to the coupon’s stated value.
- If the total cost is less than the coupon value, any unused portion is forfeited.
3. Usage Limits
- Unless otherwise specified:
- Only one coupon may be used per transaction.
- Each coupon may be used once.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly allowed.
- Coupons may not apply to:
- Free services or free tasks
- Taxes, fees, or third-party charges
- Services or features explicitly excluded by Pine
4. Expiration
- Coupons may include an expiration date, after which they are invalid.
- Expired coupons cannot be reinstated.
- Pine is not responsible for coupons that expire before use.
5. Eligibility & Account Restrictions
- Coupons are valid only for eligible Pine accounts, as determined by Pine.
- Coupons may be limited by user type, region, service category, or other criteria.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or other abusive behavior may result in coupon cancellation.
6. Abuse, Fraud & Enforcement
Pine reserves the right to void, revoke, suspend, or refuse coupons if it determines, at its sole discretion, that:
- Multiple or duplicate accounts were created to obtain coupons
- Phone numbers, devices, or identities were reused
- Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity occurred
- Use violates Pine’s Terms or applicable laws
Such actions may also result in account suspension or termination.
7. Modifications & Program Changes
- Pine may modify coupon terms, eligible services, usage limits, or expiration dates at any time.
- Pine may suspend or discontinue any coupon or promotional program without notice.
8. No Guarantees
- Coupons do not guarantee service availability, task success, or specific outcomes.
- Coupon use does not alter Pine’s standard pricing, service terms, or policies.
