  1. Confirm the billing owner before canceling

    • Choose the route shown on the receipt or subscription page. A device used for access does not by itself identify the billing owner.
    • Review access timing, refunds, bundles or add-ons, and the proof worth keeping before leaving the final confirmation screen.
    • ABCmouse states that subscription charges are final and that cancellation does not create a full or prorated refund for the period already charged.

  2. Keep enough proof for a focused follow-up

    • Save the confirmation, effective date, and billing receipt.
    • Capture the plan, renewal date, and company shown on the receipt.
    • Challenge only a specific unresolved charge or cancellation result.

    Use this route only when ABCmouse bills the membership directly. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled with that store instead.

Short answers for the questions people usually ask before starting.

First identify the billing owner. For direct Age of Learning billing, open the current ABCmouse app, then Profile, Settings, Manage My Account, Cancel Membership, Continue to Cancel, and Yes, Cancel My Membership. If Apple or Google Play bills you, cancel in that store instead.
In the current ABCmouse app, open the Avatar or profile icon in the upper-left and select Settings in the lower-left. ABCmouse may ask for the parent birth year or password before showing Manage My Account.
If Apple bills the subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, ABCmouse, and Cancel Subscription. If Age of Learning bills it directly, use the cancellation controls inside the ABCmouse app instead.
No. ABCmouse says uninstalling the app, stopping use, changing a payment method, or deleting the account does not complete cancellation. Finish the route owned by ABCmouse, Apple, or Google and keep the confirmation.
