Pricing & Billing FAQ
Billing should never feel like a guessing game. Here's a plain-language guide to how PINE charges: subscriptions, credits, payments, and when bill-lowering uses percentage billing. Clear rules, real examples, no surprises.
Quick mental model
If you remember one thing
most work spends credits.
Bill-lowering is a special category
it's a negotiation task with plan-specific billing: monthly subscribers may incur an additional success-based percentage fee, while annual subscribers can run it with subscription credits and no percentage success fee. For high-risk asks, we may require credits on failure — we'll make that explicit before you proceed.

Credits

Payments & Invoices
Swap cards, retry failed payments, and download invoices anytime from billing.
