You can cancel your NeighborWho subscription by signing in at NeighborWho.com, opening My Account, choosing Edit Account Information, and selecting Cancel My Account to stop future renewals. You can also request cancellation through the Contact Us link, chat, email support, or by calling the customer support number listed on the Contact Us page.

To ensure your NeighborWho subscription is fully canceled, complete one of NeighborWho’s official cancellation routes—such as using My Account > Edit Account Information > Cancel My Account or the Contact Us "Cancel My Account" option—until you see confirmation. Keep the confirmation email NeighborWho sends and monitor your bank or PayPal statements for at least one billing cycle to confirm no further NeighborWho descriptors appear.

After you cancel, your NeighborWho membership stops renewing, but you may still be able to log into a deactivated account and later reactivate a subscription. The Terms state that cancellation prevents future recurring charges but do not say access ends immediately; instead, you remain responsible for charges in the current subscription period while future renewals are stopped.

NeighborWho does not automatically refund past charges when you cancel; instead, you must email Customer Care and ask for a refund, which is reviewed case by case under its refund policy. The Terms add that refunds are typically limited to one per subscription and that already-incurred charges, including for the current period, generally remain your responsibility unless a refund is granted.

NeighborWho’s cancellation support article states that once you complete the cancellation steps, your account will be successfully canceled and a confirmation email will be sent for future reference. You can keep that email, screenshots of the confirmation screen, and later statements showing no new NeighborWho billing descriptors as evidence that the subscription has ended.
