Globoplay Cancellation Help

To cancel a Globoplay subscription billed through Apple on iPhone, use Apple’s Subscriptions settings. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Globoplay, and tap Cancel Subscription so Apple stops renewing it. Your access usually continues until the listed expiration date, after which the subscription ends unless you resubscribe.

To cancel Globoplay billed via Google Play, go to the Subscriptions on Google Play page while signed into the Google Account that pays for Globoplay, select the Globoplay subscription, and tap Cancel subscription. Google Play will confirm that your access continues until the end of the current paid period and that no further renewals will be charged.

If Globoplay appears under Active subscriptions at my.roku.com/subscriptions, it is billed through Roku Pay and must be cancelled there. Sign in to your Roku account, open the Globoplay subscription, choose Manage subscription, then select Turn off auto-renew. Roku will show that Globoplay stays active until the current billing period ends but will not renew.

You generally do not lose access to Globoplay immediately after cancelling on Apple, Google Play, or Roku. All three platforms state that when you cancel a subscription, you keep access for the remainder of the current paid period and only lose access at its end, while future renewals and charges are stopped.

To confirm cancellation, check the subscription list on the platform that billed you. For Apple, Globoplay should show an expiration date and no Cancel button; for Google Play, the Subscriptions page will show when access ends; and for Roku, My subscriptions should show Globoplay with auto-renew turned off and an end date.
