Usage Policy

Pine AI Usage Policy

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

This Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of services provided by 19Pine Pte. Ltd., including Pine AI ("Pine," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy applies to:

  • All users of Pine's services, including individuals, organizations, and businesses;
  • All content, data, instructions, and materials submitted to or generated by Pine;
  • All interactions, communications, and activities conducted through Pine's services.

Pine provides an automated AI assistant that helps users communicate with businesses and complete everyday tasks. To ensure safe, lawful, and responsible use, all users must comply with this Policy, applicable laws, and Pine's Terms of Service.

1. Lawful and Ethical Use

You may not use Pine for any unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Impersonation and Unauthorized Access: Using Pine to impersonate individuals, businesses, or authorities; accessing accounts or services without authorization; or misrepresenting your authority to act on behalf of another party.
  • Privacy and Data Violations: Submitting personal, confidential, or sensitive information without proper consent or a lawful basis.
  • Deception and Social Engineering: Instructing Pine to manipulate, pressure, or deceive individuals or institutions to extract information, bypass safeguards, or mislead others.
  • Harassment or Abuse: Using Pine to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse individuals or organizations through calls, messages, emails, or other communications.

You must not misrepresent Pine as a human, licensed professional, government entity, or legal authority, or present Pine's outputs as independently verified facts.

2. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

To maintain service reliability and protect others:

  • Do not use Pine to conduct repetitive, excessive, or mass-scale interactions that are abusive, disruptive, or spam-like.
  • Do not coordinate harassment, spam, or misuse across multiple accounts.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safeguards, or technical restrictions.
  • Do not exploit vulnerabilities or loopholes in third-party systems using Pine.

Unauthorized automation, scraping, or simulated user behavior is prohibited.

3. Fraud and Misrepresentation

You may not use Pine to assist with or engage in:

  • Fraudulent disputes, complaints, claims, or appeals;
  • Submission of false, misleading, or fabricated information;
  • Phishing, scams, impersonation schemes, or financial deception;
  • Abuse or manipulation of Pine's subscription, billing, or credit systems.

4. Content and Output Restrictions

You may not use Pine to generate, submit, distribute, or reuse content that:

  • Is illegal, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or incitement to violence;
  • Is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or pornographic;
  • Violates intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights;
  • Manipulates or interferes with political or civic processes, including elections or lobbying;
  • Provides unauthorized professional advice, including legal, financial, or medical guidance.

You may not repurpose Pine-generated outputs in ways that harm others, including for fraud, harassment, spam, intimidation, or deception.

5. Sensitive and High-Risk Use Cases

Pine may not be used for sensitive or high-risk activities without Pine's prior written approval, including but not limited to:

  • Legal filings, court submissions, or immigration applications;
  • Actions involving statutory deadlines, legal rights, or legal representation;
  • Credit scoring, creditworthiness assessments, insurance eligibility, or housing decisions;
  • Hiring, employment evaluation, or worker profiling;
  • Criminal profiling, surveillance, or law-enforcement investigations;
  • Automated content generation for large-scale public or media distribution.

Pine may not be used to develop, deploy, or operate "high-risk" AI systems as defined under applicable law, including the EU AI Act, without explicit authorization.

Pine may not be used for biometric identification, facial recognition, emotion inference, surveillance, or profiling individuals based on sensitive personal attributes.

6. Task Submission and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, lawful, and timely instructions;
  • Ensuring you have authority to act on behalf of any involved party;
  • Reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them in important or irreversible contexts;
  • Avoiding submission of personal data without permission.

Pine operates as an automated AI agent based on user input and system capabilities. Pine does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or resolutions, and results may differ from those achieved by a human.

7. Security and System Integrity

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, disable, or circumvent Pine's safeguards;
  • Extract system prompts, internal logic, or training data;
  • Detach or tamper with machine-readable metadata embedded in generated content;
  • Use Pine outputs to train or operate competing AI systems without authorization.

8. Subscription Model Clarification

Pine is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged for access to Pine's services and usage during the subscription period, not for guaranteed results or financial outcomes.

Using Pine does not create any obligation for Pine to achieve specific savings, refunds, resolutions, or success rates.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access;
  • Forfeiture of subscription access or credits associated with abusive use;
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of Pine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
